Our Leak Testing technique
Nielson Scientific offers advanced laser drilling services to create micro-holes in various materials for the purpose of leak test hole system validation. Our technology allows us to produce a variety of hole sizes to accurately replicate defects in vials, which is essential for calibrating leak detection devices. Depending on the wall thickness of the vial or ampule, we can achieve hole sizes as small as 1µm. Additionally, we provide laser drilling for foil and blister packs.
