Micro-Scale Ablation Technique
At Nielson Scientific LLC, we are developing a manufacturing approach that will create scalable and economical high-density superconducting flex cables by combining elements of traditional flex circuit manufacturing with our proprietary rapid direct-write nano-ablation process.

- Custom metal stack (typically NbTi)
- Superconducting critical temperature 7K
- 1µm pattern resolution
- Extremely thin metal layers (100nm to 1µm)
- Fabricated between layers of polyimide (typically 25µm)
